How It Works: Your Challenge, Your Way

The challenge is designed to be completely flexible, inclusive, and achievable for people of all ages and fitness abilities.

1 Register Sign up online today to join the national movement.
2 Choose Your Schedule Complete your 100 minutes in one day, across a weekend, or spread it throughout a whole week or month.
3 Pick Your Activity Do what you love! Run, walk, cycle, swim, gym workout, yoga, football, cricket, hike, row, martial arts, or do a daily walking challenge.
4 Raise £100 Create your fundraising page and reach a realistic, highly impactful target.
5 Celebrate Share your achievements on social media, receive your official certificate, and track your impact.
