You’re experienced in managing donors, payments and people, and keen to make a bigger difference. We’re a fast-growing charity that transforms outcomes for orphans and widows suffering poverty and deprivation across the globe, and our sustainable development projects are winning the battle against starvation, illiteracy and exploitation.

Taking ownership of our Supporter Relations Department, you’ll ensure we set the highest standards of service and fully meet our donors’ expectations. In particular, you’ll assume responsibility for Gift Aid, Payroll Giving and pledge donations, ensure that our payment processing system operates efficiently, and respond professionally to any enquiries. And of course, you’ll develop every member of your team, ensuring they reach their full potential – and help us reach ours.

We are going through a digital transformation, you will lead this transformation from a Supporter Relations’ perspective, including the transition to a new CRM system.

To be equal to the challenge, you should be fully versed in creating and maintaining administrative systems, analysing customer feedback and processing credit card, cash, cheque and web donations. It goes without saying that you’re meticulous, organised, self-motivated and flexible ­– and you’ll be ready to do whatever it takes to drive forward our vital mission.

Your key role will ensure we set the highest standards of service and fully meet our stakeholders’ expectations in delivering to our beneficiaries. In particular, you’ll drive our work in the UK with a keen focus on project administration.

The Senior Sponsorship Officer will work with international partners responsible for the care of the children, working with them to allocate sponsorships and gather feedback reports for our donors. The postholder will be responsible for providing vital support to the Orphan Sponsorship and Supporter Relations departments through administrative support, as well as communicating with donors at all stages of their journey with Orphans in Need.

CRM Project Manager

Implementing a great system, to deliver a great service.

We are looking for a skilled CRM Project Manager to lead on the implementation of our new CRM system.  

The main purpose of this role is to project manage Orphans in Need’s end of life CRM system with a new single system for all projects and people interacting with the charity.  This will ensure smoother donor and supporter journeys together with embedding a truly data and insight-driven approach to decision-making. 

The process encompasses delivery of the new CRM implementation; supporter and customer journeys and operating models for teams interacting with these groups and their data; together with migration from the existing Oracle-based CRM to the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM. 

This role will have responsibility for the project management of the new CRM platform from discovery through to build and implementation.
