You’re experienced in managing donors, payments and people, and keen to make a bigger difference. We’re a fast-growing charity that transforms outcomes for orphans and widows suffering poverty and deprivation across the globe, and our sustainable development projects are winning the battle against starvation, illiteracy and exploitation.
Taking ownership of our Supporter Relations Department, you’ll ensure we set the highest standards of service and fully meet our donors’ expectations. In particular, you’ll assume responsibility for Gift Aid, Payroll Giving and pledge donations, ensure that our payment processing system operates efficiently, and respond professionally to any enquiries. And of course, you’ll develop every member of your team, ensuring they reach their full potential – and help us reach ours.
We are going through a digital transformation, you will lead this transformation from a Supporter Relations’ perspective, including the transition to a new CRM system.
To be equal to the challenge, you should be fully versed in creating and maintaining administrative systems, analysing customer feedback and processing credit card, cash, cheque and web donations. It goes without saying that you’re meticulous, organised, self-motivated and flexible – and you’ll be ready to do whatever it takes to drive forward our vital mission.
