Allah says in the Quran:
“Those who spend their wealth [in Allah’s way] by night and by day, secretly and publicly, they will have their reward with their Lord. And no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve.”
[Quran 2:274]
“And they give food, despite love for it, to the needy, the orphan, and the captive…”
[Quran 76:8–9]

It has been narrated that the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be Upon Him) has said:
“Charity does not decrease wealth, and that you should give charity without delay, for it stands in the way of calamity.”

“The one who cares for an orphan and me will be together in Paradise like this,”, and he joined his two fingers together.
